Circulation simulator of fluids involved in an oil well cementing operation.

GOALS

The main objectives of Simentar are to foresee possible difficulties in the operations of cementing of oil wells, to support the necessary fluid calculations and pressures involved in the process, to allow the simulation of the processes involved in the cementation, to present the necessary volume for each fluid in the cementing operations and calculate the pressures to set the maximum possible flows to minimize the operating time.

SOLUTIONS

• In its first version, Simentar already has the ability to present the following results:
• Pit scheme
• Pit trajectory
• Static profile of the pit with pumped fluids;
• Pumping pressure over time;
• Profile of Pressures along the pit;
• Input and output voltages;
• Column eccentricity.
