In addition to the interactive parameter choice along the workflow, for each well the users can QC the chosen EEI Chi Angle for the synthetic against the EEI Chi angle for the seismic. The small plot is showing a zoomed portion over the zone of interest.

Plug-in Overview

Acknowledged as the most powerful tool in exploration and early appraisal situations where there is little well density control, Extended Elastic Impedance requires no background model and hence there is no model bias introduced into the result. By careful adjustment of rotation angles and comparison of the EEI response at known dry and hydrocarbon locations, the EEI products can be calibrated.
