Because costs are being scrutinized closer than ever at upstream companies. P2 AFE’s highly flexible, mobile-accessible, and fully auditable approval workflow tools allow for minimal administration of authorizations for expenditure approvals and balloting. Out-of-the-box, two-way integration with P2’s own BOLO and Excalibur solutions enables the smooth flow of data. Integration is also available with third-party drilling and completions tools. We partnered with customers to design P2 AFE and used P2’s deep upstream experience to create the new gold standard for AFE management.

Mobile-Friendly

Wouldn’t it be great if you could approve and ballot authorizations for expenditure from your mobile device? Now you can. With P2 AFE, users and working interest partners can sign in to P2 AFE’s secure, mobile web app to review, approve, and even ballot AFEs. Apple and Android devices are supported, and the AFE mobility access is managed by an administrator.

Integrations

Integration with P2’s own Excalibur and BOLO solutions means support, upgrades, and new integration features from one vendor. Integration with third-party D&C solutions allows for the three-part integration between drilling and completions, office operations, and finance and accounting teams.

Keep using a similar AFE? No problem. With P2 AFE, create a template from that AFE and define the commonly used data – from the workflow of reviewers and approvers to the authorization for expenditure estimates. That way, you don’t have to spend time recreating the same thing over and over.
