DV-Geo software system is intended for building and maintaining 3D hydrocarbon reservoir models, and for estimating hydrocarbon reserves from integrated interpretations of geoscience and oilfield data.
DV-Geo provides link to user’s database management systems and readily accepts any data models. It is a powerful tool enabling dynamic data analysis in continuous display mode.
DV-Geo is a system designed to build and maintain digital 3D structural-parametric hydrocarbon reservoir models from integrated interpretations of geologic, well logging and petrophysical data.
DV-Geo is capable of aiding implementation of the following tasks: gathering, analysis and interpretation of initial data, building a geologic model, hydrocarbon reserves estimation and preparation of reporting documentation. DV Geo
DV-Geo workstation is a geophysicist’s workseat containing a complete set of tools for effective accomplishment of the objectives. DV-Geo instruments incorporate:
The main feature of geologic modeling technology in DV-Geo is the consistency of all interpretation and data presenting elements:
The DV-Geo software package has been in continuous development at CGE for more than 10 years based on direct interaction with companies’ geophysicists engaged in geologic modeling and reserves estimation.
The DV-Geo geologic modeling and reserves estimation technologies were considered by the Science and Technology Board under the RF State Commission for Reserves and recommended for use by design and services companies and oil and gas companies in geologic modeling and hydrocarbon reserves estimation.
