Interactive data acquisition during reservoir testing operations
DART* well testing data acquisition, reporting, and real-time transmission system acquires measurements and parameters from surface, downhole, and subsea equipment during reservoir testing. Third-party data can also be aggregated so that all available information at the wellsite can be efficiently displayed and analyzed.
Acquisition is performed on best-in-class processors that are fitted with RAID intelligent mirror disks and powered through an uninterruptible power supply. To enhance data security, hard drives are secured, data is redundantly and incrementally backed up, and transmitted data is encrypted when required.
Pressure, temperature, flow rates, fluid properties, equipment status, and operational events are monitored through interactive viewers. The viewers can be made available in remote offices via an Ethernet cable.
The DART system can transmit all testing measurements, operational events, and parameters to a remote data hosting server via any Internet connection. Indications of flow rates, productivity index, gradients, gas/oil ratio, and other cross plots are displayed and can be analyzed in real time.
Daily and final reports are automatically generated by the DART system according to specific requirements. Computations, ASCII files, and graphs can be delivered under different formats. For confidentiality and efficient processing, reports can be encrypted and sent through the secured InterACT* connectivity, collaboration, and information system.
